Remote Training & Support
Remote OES Training
Remote training is a poor substitute for in-person training, it is extremely effective as a complement to traditional face-to-face training. We provide training sessions in 2 hour increments consisting of presentations, live demonstrations on customer instruments, simulated training on our software, and open discussion. Video & audio recordings of each training session will be made available for future reference.
Remote OES Support
There are times when analytical equipment just doesn't want to cooperate, and delays in a production environment are simply unacceptable.
