Neal has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (Rolla).  He has honed his skills as an engineer and technical content ambassador over fifteen years in roles spanning research and development, industrial process engineering, laboratory management, and application science.

His diverse background has enabled him to combine practical industrial experience, research and development techniques, software development, data pipeline development and management, and process control experience into a well rounded skill set perfect for assisting customers with their everyday needs.
